In a lovely natural setting. Organic. Pure Joy.
Anyone who has stayed at the Blaslahof knows about our sustainable approach and respect for nature, as well as our focus on authenticity. These are not just nice words, then, but principles that our whole family puts into practice every day.
We have decided to take the next big step: the Blasla is now becoming a proper organic hotel!
From now on we can describe ourselves not just as a certified ecological hotel in South Tyrol, but also as the only organic hotel in Alta Pusteria!
„What we do today determines what the world will be like tomorrow.“
… as Marie von Ebner-Eschenbach said. And the Blaslahof is putting this philosophy into practice.
Organic delights: a genuine taste …
... from our kitchen, straight to the table. Convenience Food? No thanks. Mass-produced raw ingredients? Never.
What will you find here instead? Fresh, seasonal foods from certified organic farms in our region. The genuine flavours of naturally made products. We are happy to give up long-distance deliveries: they’re totally unnecessary when all the delicious raw ingredients are right here on our doorstep ...
The fresh delights of the Blasla: homemade with loving care
- Homemade chocolate spread
- Black bread
- Jam and syrup
- Schlutzkrapfen (Tyrolean ravioli)
Fresh, locally-grown produce: straight from the organic farm

- Cheese from the Waldsamerhof
- Muesli from the mill of San Lorenzo
Green energy: to care for our planet ...
… we get all our energy from E-Tank, hydroelectric or solar energy sources. Our organic Hotel Blaslahof in South Tyrol is now greener than ever: for a cleaner world today and a more sustainable future tomorrow.
Living in close contact with nature: with Holzius …
… the specialist in solid wood buildings. You can see this for yourself here at the Blaslahof. We’ll be happy to show you the simple but ingenious techniques used by Holzius GmbH.
Save fuel: go on holiday without a car …
Does that seem unrealistic to you? No, it really isn’t! The Blaslahof is easy to access by public transport and with the Südtirol Transfer shuttle service. When you arrive, you will receive a free mobility card which allows you to use local buses and trains for free. In addition, we have a little surprise for you: a brand new electric car, an elegant red Fiat 500, all ready to be driven by our guests.
A practical example of our values: our recyclable home …
… is completely free of glue and metal parts. On the contrary, it is made entirely of wood from our forest. Natural materials are also everywhere in the interior: stone pine wood, sheep’s wool, and textiles made from felt, linen and loden. All these components add up to a completely recyclable home. So, we like to think there’s no difference between being outside, in the heart of the forest, or inside in the warmth of your chalet.
Handmade with love: made by the Blasla …
… in other words: you won’t find mass-produced furniture (like Hemnes or Billy) here at our hotel. All the chests of drawers, trunks, sofas, chairs and lamps, even the play kitchens for children, have been designed and made in a sustainable way by our very own hands.
Let yourself go: in the heart of the forest …
… take a “bath in the woods” in the company of Iris. You don’t need much: a pair of hiking boots, a jacket, open eyes and an open heart, ready to accept all the incredible beauty that surrounds you. Enter a state of deep peace and enjoy the simplicity of just being.
Natural cosmetics: revitalise your skin …
… in our sauna, with a bath, or with one of our massages. We only use certified natural and organic cosmetics, as well as soaps we make ourselves. We have chosen not to use any chemically-based products. Take care of your skin by avoiding products with harmful ingredients.
