Prices

Short stay:

The prices are per day for two people, for a minimum stay of three days. There is a 30% surcharge for short stays.

Children are welcome. Babies up to 1 year stay free of charge, and a third adult in the apartment is entitled to a 30% discount.

Prices are valid from 1.1.2018. There is a tourist tax of € 3,70 per person (from 14 years) per day to be paid on site (in accordance with Provincial Law Nr. 9 of 16.05.2012).

Check-in: from 3 pm to 8 pm (If your arrival should be delayed, please let us know briefly.)
Check-out: by 10 am

Early Check In & Late Check out can be arranged on request

What should I bring? All you need is the right equipment, hiking shoes, a jacket and backpack; you don't need anything else!

Cancellation insurance

We offer our guests the opportunity to take out travel insurance at the time of booking. In the event of last-minute cancellation due to an accident, illness, or death of the insured, children, parents or grandparents, all costs already incurred will be reimbursed. Written confirmation is required to enable the insurance policy.

If you choose to take out insurance we will indicate the exact cost in the confirmation of your reservation. If you take out insurance and later decide to cancel it, a refund shall be issued upon confirmation of your reservation. If you take out cancellation insurance, you do not need to pay the deposit to confirm the reservation.

Cancellation conditions

The right of withdrawal under the Consumer Defence Code is not provided, however we do offer the following conditions for cancellation and terms for late arrival or early departure, which are to be arranged by email:

Up to 30 days before your arrival date, cancellation is free of charge
Up to 15 days before arrival: payment of 40% of the total cost of the stay
Up to 8 days before arrival: 60% of the total cost of the stay
Less than 8 days before arrival: payment of 70% of the total cost of the stay

If no notification of cancellation is received within the above times, the guest will still be required to pay 70% of the total cost of the stay. If in the case of late arrival or early departure no written notification is received via email, the guest will still be required to pay 70% of the price agreed for the days of the stay booked but missed.
